Just submitted an order for the new wheels for my NC Miata from our friends at Goodwin. I generally try and avoid more common wheels like the RPF1 or PF01, but saw the PF05 on a NC in a Facebook group and just loved the look. Color was exactly what I wanted, offset and offered about the most width (8.5) that I can squeeze where I can run 235s without (probably) having to roll the fenders.
Similar to the above, but on my white NC.
However, these are all special order. Goodwin let me know that Enkei said it would be 60 days before I could expect to receive them. *sigh*
I’ve got some RE71R ready to go on, unfortunately it seems they’re going to have to wait a bit longer. I suppose waiting for the wheels I want is worth it versus choosing something I wouldn’t have been as pleased with.

Definitely the right choice to wait for wheels that speak to you and the look you want for the car!
I have been eyeballing 15x9 Konig Dekagram wheels for a future Miata mistake...

Waiting for what you really want is best. I am excited for you.

Thank you! I really like the look of the Dekagram on the NA/NB.

I just ordered new wheels for the V60. Everything seemed to be in order and then I got an email from FedEx saying that they would be delivering one 28 pound package. I called the retailer and was told that the wheels are drop-shipped from Ford and that the other 3 would be sent in the next 2-3 weeks. I don’t mind waiting, but I like to know when I pay for something when I can expect to receive it. Having it broken up like this seems like a recipe for me having to chase things down. Maybe not?
Upside is these wheels weigh about 4 pounds less than the stock wheels and only cost $180 each. All of specs are the same as my stock Volvo wheels too. Same offset and everything. Since I was quoted $250 to straighten my two bent wheels and refurbished they cost about $400 each, the total price of $720 felt like a steal.
Next I need to find some tires that aren’t Pirellis. I am leaning toward the Nokian Zline AS which I had on my C30 and which can be found for about $140 each. Or maybe I will get a grand touring tire instead of a UHP all season ? I would get summer tires, but it seems like overkill for a family wagon. I can’t decide.

I've been there (waiting 1 month for a tire)...I could not work the day it was being delivered since I was so excited!

I don’t understand the logistics of it, but sometimes shipments do get broken up. I really hope all four of these come at the same time, lol.
